Position Description:
Wizara ya Afya na Ustawi wa Jamii kwa kushirikiana na Taasisi ya Benjamin William Mkapa HIV/AIDS inatekeleza Mradi wa kuimarisha mifumo ya huduma za afya ( Health Systems Strengthening) kupitia ufadhili wa Mfuko wa Duniawa kupambana na UKIMWI, Kifua Kikuu na Malaria - Mzunguko wa 9 ( Global Fund Round 9).
Baadhi ya malengo ya mradi ni pamoja na; kuongeza wataalam wa afya, ili kuimarisha huduma za UKIMWI, Kifua Kikuu, Malaria na huduma nyinginezo, katika Halmashauri zilizopo maeneo yenye uhaba mkubwa wa watumishi kutokana na changamoto ya mazingira yake.
Baadhi ya malengo ya mradi ni pamoja na kuimarisha uwezo wa vyuo vya mafunzo ya afya, kwa kuvipatia wakufunzi zaidi, ili kuhakikisha kuwa uzalishaji wa wataalam wa afya unaongezeka zaidi nchini. Katika kutekeleza azma hii, BMAF wanatoa tangazo la nafasi za kazi kwa waalimu 137 wa vyuo vya Afya,

Kwa wataalamu wenye umri zaidi ya miaka 45 au waliostaafu, maombi yao pia yatashughulikiwa na ajira ya serikali itakuwa kwa mkataba.
Maombi yote yaambatanishwe na barua ya maombi ya kazi, ikipendekeza Halmashauri 3 mwombaji anayopendelea kupangwa kazi, na pia aonyesha ridhaa ya kujiunga na utumishi wa umma, baada ya mkataba wa miaka miwili kumalizika.
