FOR the faint-hearted, the speed and exhilaration of a regular roller coaster may be too much to handle, but "The Tiger and Turtle" in Duisburg, Germany may offer some reprieve. It's a 20-metre high galvanised curved steel sculpture that looks like a roller coaster, except that visitors don't ride it, but walk on its 249-steps which stretch for 220-metres.
